Postage & Returns

You can cancel or amend any order placed with us, on the day of ordering, otherwise your order will enter the dispatch process the following day.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction, but we understand that sometimes you may wish to return items back to us. We guarantee to deliver safe and good quality items. The product quality is checked before being sent to you. However if the item is mis-printed due to our error, we will arrange for refund or replacement.

Under UK Distance Selling Regulations (2000), you have 14 working days (from the day you receive your goods) to claim a refund (Shipping charges are excluded). You will need to return non-personalized items and they must be in good resalable condition; items will be inspected.

We regret that all personalized items (T-shirt, Bags, Canvas and marketing materials) are excluded from the refund policy, as they become unusable. However, if the items are damaged/ faulty or have occurred an error in the printing process, you must contact us with the valid reason and post the effected items to us, within 14 days.

If the personalization error was made by the customer, the item can- not be returned. All sales are final on personalized items. Please check over the information and spelling of the personalization before submitting it. We do our very best to ensure that our customers' orders are correct. If we suspect a spelling error or unusual order, we will contact you before we begin the process. (This may delay your order slightly.)

In order to arrange a return, please email us at to inform us of the item you are returning and the reason for the return.

Please ensure that items are packaged in good condition, with a note stating the error. We will inspect the items before authorizing the payment.

If you have made your payment with PayPal invoice or through the website, you will be refunded to your PayPal account. There is option to have an exchange of items or a gift voucher. If the item is sold in a cash transaction, you will still need a PayPal account for the return policy.

We do accept returns for international buyers; however you must pay for any shipping cost incurred.

Your statutory rights are not affected in respect of faulty or damaged products.
