File Templates
For your artwork to be produced accurately and as intended, please ensure that our artwork requirements below are followed.

All artwork must be supplied:
- According to or on our product templates (if applicable).
- Template-specific requirements are included on each product page and within the templates (select file below to downloads)
- With at least 3mm bleed all around and should not be overlapped by crop/bleed marks, colour bars, or any other registration marks.
- At the correct width-to-height ratio
- In CMYK colour mode
- With all images embedded
- With all fonts converted to outlines/curves/shapes
Accepted file formats:
- PDF (preferred)
- EPS (Encapsulated PostScript, CS6 and below)
- AI (Adobe Illustrator, CS6 and below)
- JPG/JPEG (recommended high-resolution - 300dpi)
Saving & Exporting Your Artwork
- File Formats: We strongly prefer artworks to be supplied in PDF format, though we also accept EPS, AI, TIFFand JPG/JPEG.
- Bleed & Crop Marks : When exporting your print-ready file, make sure you include your previously added bleed as well as crop marks. These will ensure the cut position of your design is correct.
